Downy Unstopables at OMF

Downy Unstopables partnered with One Music Fest 2025 to launch the "Luxe Laundry Experience," featuring the new Unlimited Collection (scents No. 9, 26, 37, and 404). This activation brought high-end, long-lasting fragrances to the festival, providing attendees with a luxurious, scent-focused environment. Social media influencers partnered with Downy and the festival to promote the experience, emphasizing how the product's long-lasting scent helps combat the Atlanta heat during the outdoor event. Attendees were also given free full-size samples of the product and interact with the brand's new luxury fragrances!

This activation was part of a larger P&G initiative with Live Nation to bring various brand experiences to music festivals nationwide.

As Lead Event Producer, my responsibilities included:

  • Oversee the Event Conceptualization & layout of the activation space

  • Vendor Oversight & Coordination

  • Run of Show Management

  • Liaise with One Music Festival 

  • Fabrication Vendor Management

  • Brand Ambassador & Staff Oversight

  • Budget Management & Reconciliation
